Loans

Eligibility for loan funding is often dependent on your country of residence.

Prodigy Finance loan

  • Available to 150 nationalities
  • No co-signer, collateral or guarantees required
  • No early repayment penalties
  • Conditions apply based on individual assessment
  • Cross-border credit assessment
  • Applications are to be made directly to Prodigy Finance

Eligible programmes and loan amounts:

  • MBA: borrow up to 80% of tuition fee plus living costs
  • Executive MBA: borrow up to 80% of tuition fee
  • MSc in Major Programme Management: borrow up to 80% of tuition fee
  • MSc in Financial Economics: borrow up to 80% of tuition fee plus living costs

Other loans

US federal loans

Oxford is eligible to certify US federal loans on the MBA, MSc in Major Programme Management, DPhil in Management, and MSc in Financial Economics programmes.

US private loans

Oxford is eligible to certify US private loans on DPhil, Master's and Diploma programmes.

UK government Master's loans

Available for UK and EU students on the Executive MBA, MBA, MSc in Financial Economics, and MSc in Major Programme Management programmes. 

UK government Doctoral loans

Available for UK and EU students on the DPhil in Management programme.

MBA students in group work

The University's Other funding sources page provides information on funding from charities and trusts. Here, you can access the Alternative Guide to Postgraduate Funding, an external resource which provides a database of alternative funding opportunities and advice about how to apply to them.

The University of Oxford is able to process applications for US Department of Veterans' Affairs (VA) funding and can complete certificates of enrolment to submit to VA. Please visit the University's US Department of Veterans Affairs Funding page for more information.
