About the programme
Globalisation has fundamentally changed the way business works and continues to rewrite the rules for business leaders.
On this part-time postgraduate diploma for experienced professionals, you will both widen and deepen your understanding of these challenges and learn how to improve your effectiveness in the changing global business landscape.
This lively, interactive diploma provides the academic rigour of a specialised Oxford masters-level qualification in a format designed to suit busy executives. The programme consists of four modules, each lasting four days, over one year.

- Corporate Diplomacy in a Global Context (24–27 June 2020)
- Business Challenges in Emerging Markets (7–10 October 2020)
On completion of the four modules and related assessments, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to fulfil senior international responsibilities and drive organisational success.

Scholarships for women
The School is committed to increasing the economic participation and influence of women. As a result, there are three scholarships on this programme for outstanding female candidates: one for 50% of tuition fees and two for £5,000 fee reductions.
The diploma and the Executive MBA
The Diploma in Global Business provides a proven pathway to the Oxford Executive MBA.
Although the diploma is a self-standing University of Oxford qualification, it also provides a pathway to the Oxford Executive MBA. Both programmes are assessed at the same academic level and diploma participants, therefore, receive exemptions from the four equivalent Executive MBA modules, as well as a fee reduction.
Overall, the programme, the professors and the School are worth travelling a thousand miles for. The networks and lifelong friendships all over the world are priceless.
This programme is designed for experienced professionals with five or more years' work experience.
Participants are likely to be working in a global role or looking to take up a position with a global focus.

The programme fee covers tuition costs, course materials, essential reading texts, assessments, and college fees. Lunch and refreshments are provided daily and there is an evening dinner at a different Oxford college during each module.
Accommodation is not included in the fee. You should make arrangements to stay in Oxford during the modules.
