The success of any organisation is built on its people and, more particularly, the extent to which they are engaged, productive, and healthy.

Organisation Studies explores behaviour and performance at the organisation, team, and individual levels.

At Saïd Business School, the Organisation Studies Group is at the forefront of research. Our teaching team employs a wide array of quantitative and qualitative research methods, contributing to pioneering new approaches such as team- and video-ethnography. One particular research focus is the study of professionals working in organisations.
